Sweet, savory, and incredibly tender — this honey garlic pork tenderloin tastes like it took hours to make but comes together in under 40 minutes. The glaze caramelizes perfectly for a restaurant-quality finish.

Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin (about 1 lb)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Make the Marinade: Whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.
- Marinate the Pork: Season tenderloin with salt and pepper and brush with marinade. Let sit 30 minutes.
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roast: Bake 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
