- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Instructions
- Season the Chicken: Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place chicken skin side down and cook 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Flip and cook another 6–8 minutes.
- Make the Sauce: Remove chicken and pour off excess oil, leaving 1 tablespoon in the pan. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, then pour in chicken broth and stir, scraping up brown bits.
- Finish: Stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over the top for 2–3 minutes.
