Ingredients
- 2 ribeye steaks (12 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Season the Steaks: Bring steaks to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare the Pan: Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat and add butter with garlic.
