Cooking directions
Extremely Important: You must remove the fish from the vacuum package before thawing. After thawing, keep product at 41 degrees or below.
From Thawed
Baking: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place fish on baking pan; brush with butter or substitute and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Broiling: Surface of fish should be 3-4 inches from the source of heat. Preheat broiler. Brush with butter or substitute. Broil for 8-10 minutes.
