Description
This is the king of steaks - two steaks in one, actually. Cut from the hip end of the short loin, our aged Premium Porterhouse contains a full portion of the shell or strip, and a hearty portion of the filet, separated by the characteristic T-shaped bone.
Cooking directions
Defrost then broiled or BBQ 8 minutes for rare, 10 minutes for medium and 12 minutes for well; turning once. Can also be cooked from frozen with cooking times extended.
